Corporate History
Contracting, Consulting, Engineering (CCE) is a multi-discipline fast-growing business concern. In late 1991 CCE began operations as a joint venture and subsequently in 1992 was organized as a limited liability company in Guernsey, the Channel Islands. In 1997 the Company was organized under the same name as a limited liability company formed under the laws of the state of Maryland. In 2002 CCE became a wholly owned subsidiary of CCE, Inc. Dating back to 1992, CCE has provided engineering, fast-track turnkey design-build, construction management, logistics support, technical and professional services in 37 countries and territories on five (5) continents.
